For those wanting to prepare their home for sale the very best way they can.

We will visit your home assessing each room individually and advise on furniture placement, maintenance and repairs, decluttering as well as letting you in on some expert tips when it comes to decorating and general presentation. You will then be left with a copy of our ‘General Property Makeover Tips’ and our ‘Inspection Check List’ information sheets that will help you during your sales campaign.

* $280.00 incl. gst ( Approx. 1- 1.5 hours )

FURNITURE and ACCESSORY RENTAL

With our extensive range of furniture, rugs, accessories and artwork we can transform your home should it need to be fully furnished or simply need a few exciting, key pieces. We will visit your home and make recommendations, quote you accordingly and then work with you and your agent to arrange appropriate time frames for delivery. We will carefully position and style everything right down to the finer details ready for photo shoots and inspections.

Our rental terms are for 4 weeks with a bonus of an extra 2 weeks free rental.

More for clients who are currently living in their home, renovating or even moving to a new home that just need some clarification and direction. Ask me advice on floor plans, furniture placement and layout, colour choices, what size rug to buy, suggestions on cushions and accessories, where to put artwork and where not to... anything!! This time with me is 'YOUR TIME'.
